1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rork Developers' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Rork Developers provides mobile application development services using Rork AI technology. Our services include but are not limited to: iOS and Android app development, UI/UX design, app maintenance, and consulting services.

3. Project Agreements

Each project will be governed by a separate project agreement that outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. These project agreements, together with these Terms of Service, constitute the complete agreement between you and Rork Developers.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due upon completion of milestones or final delivery. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all intellectual property rights to the deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project. We may showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your project requirements
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials you provide to us

7. Limitation of Liability

Rork Developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information you share with us during the course of a project. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date. We will deliver all completed work upon receipt of final payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
